Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The role will also involve identifying business opportunities, maintaining accurate sales records, and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Leadership and team management experience to effectively lead and motivate a sales teamProven track record in sales strategy development and executionStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsData analysis and reporting capabilities to track sales performanceProblem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and meet targetsKnowledge of the construction or roofing industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredAbility to work on-site in Denver, COProficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
