Example: 3-phase power, VFD drives, motorsIndustrial controls troubleshooting experience. Example: VFD circuits, control wiring, sensors Example: PLC I/O, control wiring, sensorsStrong intellectual curiosity - you want to understand how systems work, not just swap partsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work overtime as part of a 6-day scheduleNice-to-Have (Trainable / Preferred)Food processing or industrial manufacturing experienceCMMS experienceInventory or parts management exposureFormal industrial or technical trainingSkills AssessmentAll candidates will complete a short electrical/mechanical assessment as part of the hiring process.
