Your energy and culinary expertise will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere where quality and customer satisfaction are at the forefront.*Responsibilities*Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, and bread, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.Decorate cakes and pastries with skillful cake decorating techniques to meet customer specifications.Handle food production tasks such as mixing, portioning, packaging, and maintaining food safety standards throughout all food handling processes.Assist in food preparation and cooking activities within the kitchen, supporting overall kitchen operations.Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive guest experience.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and coffee station, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols.Support catering events or special orders by preparing baked goods and beverages as required.*Experience*Previous experience in a bakery or pastry shop is highly preferred, with demonstrated skills in baking, cake decorating, and food presentation.Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, kitchen safety standards, and food industry best practices.Experience working in fast-paced restaurant or catering environments is advantageous.Proficiency in culinary techniques such as knife skills, baking methods, and food preparation is essential.Familiarity with packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes is a plus.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
