If you have a passion for both law and business, we encourage you to apply and join our team.Essential FunctionsMarketing - Lead Generation & Event ManagementServe as the lead for scheduling of High‑Impact Touchpoints (HITs), ensuring timelines, logistics, and marketing deliverables remain aligned.Manage all logistical aspects of of event planning, from ideation to execution to post-event analysis, to ensure smooth, professional events. Responsibilities include researching, budgeting, vendor relations, contract negotiations, on-site execution, run-of-show lead. Events include in-person and virtual firm-hosted meetings and events, including lunches, happy hours, speaking events, and conferences.Assist in lead-generation activities (referral-based marketing, digital marketing platforms, direct mail campaigns, email campaigns) to expand the firm’s client and referral base and strengthen relationships.Support attorneys and partners in achieving their marketing and business development objectives.HR & Employee RelationsProvide support across HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee data and administering benefits, to ensure an efficient and positive employee experience.Assist in recruitment, new-hire onboarding, training, retention efforts, and employee offboarding to ensure the firm maintains a high‑performing and engaged workforce.Facilitate employee recognition programs and coordinate internal firmwide meetings and events.Operations AdministrationServe as the primary back‑up to the front desk by assisting with administrative duties, including opening and closing the office, answering telephones, directing clients and guests to conference rooms, preparing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with signings and notarizations.Assist with setting up and maintaining employee and client matters in the firm’s software systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.Provide support with special projects as needed, offering administrative, operational, and marketing coordination to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.Education, Experience, and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or comparable professional experience.1+ years of administrative experience within a law firm or professional services environment.Strong communications skills with superior attention to detail.Superb organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment with strong initiative and follow through.Shows ambition and enthusiasm, along with a collaborative and team‑oriented approach.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and digital media platforms.Desire to work full-time in an on-site office setting.Ability to travel for meetings and events using a personal vehicle.Schedule & Onsite RequirementsThis is a full‑time, non‑exempt position requiring 40 hours per week and is located in our Dallas office, with remote flexibility limited to severe weather or emergency situations.Join Our TeamAtwood & McCall values our internal and external clients equally and believes that the key to a successful partnership is mutual respect, superior client service, and the highest levels of integrity.
