Business Development Representative Associate

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Business Development Representative Associate for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in New York, NY. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week onsite.Responsibilities:1) Data Entry and ManagementAccurately input and maintain customer and prospect data within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms2) Customer and Account ResearchConduct thorough research on contacts within our target accounts using online resources (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo).Identify key decision-makers and personas within our accounts which will support the BDR/SDR team and marketing for targeting Find relevant company information for our accounts such as industry, number of employees, turnover3) CRM Management:Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy and completenessUtilize CRM tools to input the data gathered during research and contact information gatheringUtilise reports and dashboards to monitor performance4) Lead Generation SupportAssist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach (Google, company websites)Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting and connecting with potential customersAssist with building and maintaining targeted prospect lists5) Sales and Marketing Support:Assist in building intelligence for the sales team Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed Identify target contacts for marketing Learn and utilize Zoominfo to gain customer contact information6) Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with team members Assist in initial outreach via email or phoneRequiredSkills:Strong interest in sales and business developmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsTop Tier in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plusExperience with LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo is highly desirableDashboard and Data Entry experience bordeline required.Skills and Requirements - add details here
