We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Executive AssistantLocation(s): Washington DCJob Summary:Client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to a senior leader. This critical role requires a seasoned professional with demonstrated expertise supporting senior executives in fast-paced, complex regulatory environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior leaderManage complex calendar with multiple competing priorities, including meetings with Board Members, Bank Presidents, regulatory agency officials, and industry representativesCoordinate and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring appropriate preparation time and strategic schedulingAnticipate senior leader's needs and proactively address administrative requirementsDraft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memoranda, and presentations for internal and external audiencesCoordinate communications with Board Members' offices, Client Banks, and other key stakeholdersManage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretionPlan and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and briefings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-upManage videoconference and hybrid meeting technology and logisticsPrepare briefing materials, agendas, and background documentsArrange and coordinate participation in Board meetings, FOMC-related activities, and interagency meetingsTrack action items, deadlines, and follow-up requirementsArrange complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, security requirements, and expense reportingCoordinate travel for official Federal business, conferences, and international regulatory meetingsProcess travel authorizations and expense reimbursements in accordance with Client policiesManage travel during crisis situations with flexibility and efficiencyProcess invoices, purchase requests, and budget tracking for the senior leader's officeAssist with preparation of materials for Board presentations and decision memosSupport division-wide events and initiatives as requestedRequired Qualifications:10 years of progressive senior administrative experience required, with at least 5 years supporting C-suite or director-level executives in government, financial services, or regulatory agenciesProven track record managing competing priorities in fast-paced, high-stakes environmentsExperience in confidential, regulatory, or policy-focused settings strongly preferredFamiliarity with Federal government operations and protocols is highly desirable Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
