License must be in hand at time of application.Certifications BLS (AHA)Certifications ACLS (AHA)Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cardiovascular OR in last 3 years.Skills Assessment CVO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations Requires trauma level 1 experienceAdditional Confirmations Scrub experience for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases and ability to circulate is required.Additional Confirmations Heart and lung transplant experience is required for night shift.Additional Confirmations Experience with Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Mitral valve replacement, and Hybrid OR is required.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
