What We Are Looking For• Energetic, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Team player who thrives on collaboration and cross-functional coordination.• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise summaries.• Curiosity and willingness to learn the federal procurement landscape quickly.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, Marketing, or related field.• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, government contracting, or a related field preferred.• Familiarity with federal procurement processes including SAM.gov, GovWin IQ, GSA, and GWACs strongly preferred.• Knowledge of federal contracting vehicles such as SEWP V, CIO-SP4, and GSA MAS a plus.• Understanding of SBIR, OTA, TACFI, and RSIP programs a plus.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly PowerPoint and Excel.• Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM platforms (Monday.com) preferred.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
