Scheduling Consultant - Data CentersWe are seeking a Scheduling Consultant to support data center project teams by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules. This is a client-facing consulting role for a detail-oriented professional with strong scheduling expertise and experience supporting complex, fast-paced projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data center construction schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Establish schedule baselines, milestones, and critical paths
Track progress, analyze schedule performance, and identify risks or delays
Prepare schedule reports and present updates to client stakeholders
Support schedule recovery planning and what-if analysis
Collaborate with project controls, cost, and construction teams
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project scheduling or project controls
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of CPM scheduling
Experience supporting data center or mission-critical facilities preferred
Strong communication and client-facing skills
