The General Manager will oversee plant operations, manage staff, and ensure that production meets quality and efficiency standards. The role also involves managing budgets, maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing operational strategies, and fostering a safe and professional work environment. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and ensuring equipment maintenance to meet customer demand efficiently.QualificationsOperations Management and Leadership: Strong skills in managing teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high performance in a production or plant environment.Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in managing equipment maintenance and safety standards, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.Finance and Budget Management: Experience in budget planning, cost optimization, and financial reporting to support business objectives.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to diagnose operational challenges and implement effective solutions while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.Communication and People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams, handle client interactions, and manage vendor relationships effectively.Experience in hospitality linen services, laundry operations, or textile restoration is an advantage.Proficiency in using management software or tools related to plant operations is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
