Client Associate

Overview Your role A Client Associate services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Your team You'll be working as part of a Private Wealth Management Team based in Hunt Valley, Maryland. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients with their financial goals. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role in servicing clients and supporting the business. Responsibilities Educate clients on account services and capabilities Input data into financial planning tools Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests Key Deliverables Leverage communications channels to enhance relationships with clients Maintain management systems with up to date client information Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities Identify service opportunities for clients Job Type Full Time Job Reference # 333845BR City Hunt Valley Qualifications Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain Ideally 1-2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on Finance Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills Detail oriented (nothing gets past you) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite About Us UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland. Salary information The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: United States - Maryland - Hunt Valley min USD 58000 - max USD 72000 /annum The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
