We have a transparent, collaborative and a fast-paced culture that prioritizes winning with a flat organizational structure.About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative, reliable, part-time Videographer to help capture, produce, and shape the visual story of Pump.co. In this role, you’ll support both culture-focused filming and creative marketing video production, helping bring our brand, people, and ideas to life through high-quality video. You’ll work closely with our marketing, leadership, and sales teams to film and ideate content, including brand videos, social content, interviews, and campaign-driven assets. Beyond execution, we’re looking for someone who can contribute creatively—bringing ideas, concepts, and suggestions for compelling video content. This is a 15–20 hour/week role, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and wants meaningful creative ownership without a full-time commitment. No prior knowledge of cloud, AI, or technical products is required.ResponsibilitiesFilm in-office content, team culture, events, and behind-the-scenes momentsCollaborate on and help execute creative marketing videos and campaignsContribute ideas and concepts for engaging video contentSet up and shoot interviews, brand videos, and short-form contentDeliver clean, organized footage and assist with light-to-moderate editingWork closely with marketing to align content with brand and growth goalsCreate beautiful edited videos that are ready to be shippedQualificationsExperience filming video (freelance, academic, or personal projects welcome)Comfortable operating cameras or professional mobile setupsStrong eye for composition, pacing, and storytellingExperience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)Organized, reliable, and able to work independentlyAvailable 15–20 hours per weekNice to Haves (Not Required) Experience filming marketing or brand-focused contentFamiliarity with lighting, audio, or interview setupsInterest in startups, branding, or digital storytelling
