Software Developer

We are seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and support business applications that power our ERP/WMS systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role works closely with business stakeholders to improve processes, integrate systems, and ensure reliable application performance that supports production operations.Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and support applications related to ERP, WMS, and business systems Work with users to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions Integrate third-party applications and ensure secure data exchange between systems Develop and consume REST APIs and work with data formats such as XML and JSON Troubleshoot and resolve production application issues to minimize downtime Support database solutions using relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2 Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and SQL analytics tools Design, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and integrations Participate in on-call support for critical incidents when needed Qualifications Experience with object-oriented languages such as C++, Java, or C# Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PHP Knowledge of SQL and relational databases Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data exchange Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure Experience with Power BI, SSIS, or analytics tools preferred Knowledge of SharePoint Online development and customization is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Well-established corrugated facility Opportunity to apply your technical skills where they have an immediate impact Respect for craftsmanship, experience, and safety Here's Why You'll Love Working At Hood Container Competitive pay & benefits : We offer a competitive base salary, an annual bonus program, and a comprehensive benefits package to keep you healthy and happy.
