TEAM Driver: 0.70 cpm to 0.80 cpm* per mile (up to $4,000* including weekly bonuses). Solo Drivers : 0.63-0.68 cents* per mile ($1,600*-$3,400* per week including safe driving bonuses). Lease Operators: 13% Dispatch Fee (Lease to Purchase Programs available). Owner Operators: 13% Dispatch Fee (Solo and Teams), take home 87% of gross.
