Social media plays a huge role in our growth, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience shaping the creative voice of a growing consumer brand.About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly creative, organized, internet-obsessed Social Media Producer to help scale content output across our social channels.This role is part producer, part creative strategist, part “how do we make this trend feel like us?” person.You’ll help concept, plan, and execute social-first content that increases brand visibility, follower growth, impressions, reach, engagement, and overall community excitement around the brand.You should love internet culture, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and know how to turn ideas into actual content productions without chaos breaking loose five minutes in.What You’ll DoPlan and organize social media content calendarsDevelop concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platformsResearch trends, audio, formats, and cultural momentsSource and procure props, materials, wardrobe pieces, or production elements needed for shootsHelp coordinate and manage content shoots in-studioManage workflows between editors, designers, photographers, and other creative partnersAssist in scaling overall content output and production efficiencyHelp maintain a consistent visual and creative brand identity across platformsBrainstorm new recurring content series, creator-style formats, and social experimentsTrack content performance and identify what’s driving engagement, reach, shares, saves, and follower growthHelp turn big ideas into actual posted content instead of “we should totally do that someday”What We’re Looking ForDeep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and internet cultureStrong creative instincts and taste levelOrganized and proactive with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple moving pieces and deadlinesAbility to communicate creative feedback clearly with editors and designersSomeone who thinks in content moments, not just postsExperience with content production, creative coordination, or social media management is a plusPhotography, video, editing, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or design experience is a bonusMust be able to work in-person at our Chicago studio 3 days per weekIdeal CandidateYou’re the type of person who:Sends TikToks to your friends with “we should make this”Notices trends before everyone else doesHas opinions about thumbnails, hooks, fonts, transitions, and pacingUnderstands both aesthetics and analyticsCan balance creativity with executionIs organized and a self starterIs a whole vibe, and brings the energy.To ApplyPlease send:Your resumeLinks to social accounts or work samplesAny examples of content, campaigns, or creative projects you’ve worked onA short note on why you’d be a great fitWe care more about creativity, taste, and execution than having a perfectly traditional background.
