Program Manager

The Program Manager role is to provide support to the CBL Battle Lab Facility located atFort Gordon, GA. All work will be performed onsite. This contract will support the CBLmission to provide experimentation support to the C- CDID with a dynamic networkexperimentation integrated with CO, DODIN-A, EW, and IA through the Cyber Battle Lab’sExperimentation Branch (EB), Environments Support Branch (ESB), and the Army PersistentExperimentation Environment (APEN) Cyber Enterprise Service Center (CESC).The Experimentation Support contract will provide support in the form of experiments, assessments,analyses and network support that will validate the proposed new technical solutions to resolveknown Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership & Education, Personnel, FacilitiesPolicy (DOTMLPF-P) capability gaps within the CO, EW, Network, and IA force modernizationlines of effortThe Program Manager is the key point of contact for this effort. The PM shall supervise, coordinate workschedules, resolve minor concerns/issues, and complete the administrative tasks associated with thiscontract. The PM must be familiar with all duties and qualifications set forth in the contract. At least ten years of management experience or equivalent on similar government contracts, withactive Project Management Professional (PMP) training at a minimum and PMO certificationpreferred. Shall ensure all deliverables described in the PWS are delivered on time. Provide analysis of project requirements and accurate cost estimates. Provide project coordination and process improvements through the Quality Control Plan. Provide and gather required information to assist with coordination support efforts. Be proficient in conflict resolution. Possess the skill sets to supervise contractor employees. Be capable of coordinating work schedules/assignments of contractor employees. Be able to communicate orally and in writing with COR. Possess a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
