You will act as a vital link in the talent acquisition journey, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.your typical day includesEngaging directly with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.Serving as the physical on-site liaison for candidates and site leadership, managing day-one logistics, and coordinating real-time onboarding activities on the production/manufacturing floor. Providing comprehensive interview scheduling and meeting coordination support.Leading candidates through the initial stages of the application process to ensure a positive experience.Managing recruitment process compliance and maintaining system administration.your responsibilities includeExecuting high-volume compliance auditing, including I-9 verification, background check releases, and employee status tracking under strict regulatory guidelines. In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
