Phasor USA, LLC is seeking a Professional Land surveyor (P.L.S.) for a permanent position to support our growing operations across the United States. With a strong pipeline of large-scale projects, we are well positioned for continued growth and are looking to expand our team with experienced survey professionals.This role can be based out of the city where it is posted, with flexible work arrangements including hybrid or work-from-home options considered for the right candidate.Accommodation: Phasor USA, LLC is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible workplace. Employees requiring accommodation are encouraged to notify Human Resources so that appropriate arrangements can be made.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project executionEstablish project communication protocols, including:Identification of client and Phasor stakeholders and decision-makersChange management processesInformation dissemination routes and proceduresSystematic processes for project data management and reportingMaintain responsibility for project financial performance, including establishing cost controls and conducting periodic reviews to identify risksLiaise with Phasor personnel to understand all project requirements, including scheduling, cost, technical, and logistical considerationsManage subcontractors performing surveying and geomatics services on projectsCoordinate shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Technicians unless delegated to a Field CoordinatorParticipate in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation across projectsRequirementsThe successful candidate must hold a current Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license in one or more U.S. states or be eligible for licensure through reciprocity.
