Bicycle Builder / Mechanic

Riders and enthusiasts preferred. Open to all ages and levels of experience.DutiesDuties include but are not limited to:Apply shop standards in the assembly and repair of bikes.Prepare shipping labels for bikes.Use our POS and workorder system to record the status of projects.Examine new bicycles for warranty issues.Operate cash register as necessary.Install, repair, and replace equipment or accessories, such as handlebars, stands, lights, and seats.Other duties as needed/ assigned.RequirementsRequirements include but are not limited to:1 year experience working as a technician/ mechanic in a bike shop.Previous bike assembly experience or equivalent preferredInterest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent serviceStrong attention to detailAbility to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customersInterest in developing own skills and knowledgeAvailability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekendsBenefitsA competitive benefits package including store discount and flexible scheduling is available to all associates.About UsHuckleberry Bicycles is a full-service local bike shop with a national e-commerce model.
