In this role, you'll play a critical part in guiding workplace investigations, strengthening compliance programs, and helping our teams operate with confidence and consistency across the country.If you enjoy solving complex challenges, driving improvements, and partnering with leaders to uphold the highest standards, we'd love to have you on our team.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesHR InvestigationsTriage and prioritize incoming investigationsConduct investigations: Determine scope, interviews, etc.Recap investigation and recommend outcomeWork with HRBPs and HR Leadership to drive investigations outcomeKPIs -InvestigationsTrack investigationsDevelop consistent investigations tracking to monitor trends and provide analysisDevelop and report monthly metricsHR ComplianceOwnership of the Employee HandbookEnsuring all updates are executed and communicatedOwnership of tracking new legal compliance standardsMonitoring and tracking state and federal law changes that impact the businessCommunication and education of the HR team on all legal updatesImplementation process for any new legal standardCreate standard processesRoll out processWork with team to develop training as neededDevelop recommendations for HR Senior LeadershipKPIs - ComplianceDevelop and maintain scorecard for compliance related itemsDrive branch standardization for all HR related compliance issuesRequired QualificationsSkills & AbilitiesPrior success at the HRBP level.Proven experience with the ability to drive investigations to outcome.Ability to prioritize workload.Excellent professional communication skills.Ability to influence leaders.Ability to interact with all functional areas and organizational levels, often in stressful situations.Exceptional problem-solving skills.Strong negotiation, influencing and analytical skills.Years of Experience5+ years of HR Investigations and Compliance ExperienceEducationFour-year degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experienceWorker Sub-TypeRegularTime TypeFull timeApply
