The CSR serves as the first point of contact for our customers and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service experience.This position is responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, supporting dispatch operations, and assisting customers with questions regarding HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Generator services.The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced service environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly mannerAssist customers with scheduling service appointmentsRespond to customer questions regarding services, pricing, and availabilityProvide excellent customer service while representing the MPE brandScheduling & Dispatch Support Work closely with dispatch to optimize technician schedulesUpdate customer information and job details in the CRM systemConfirm appointments and follow up with customers when neededAdministrative Support Enter service requests and customer information accuratelyMaintain organized records of service calls and communicationsAssist with outbound customer follow-up callsCustomer Experience Ensure every customer interaction reflects MPE Services' commitment to quality and professionalismAddress customer concerns and escalate issues when necessaryMaintain a positive and solution-oriented approachQualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional phone etiquetteBasic computer proficiencyDetail-oriented with strong data entry and record keeping skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Previous customer service or call center experienceExperience in home services, construction, or service industriesExperience with CRM or dispatch software (ServiceTitan or similar)Skills & Competencies Customer-focused mindsetStrong communication skillsAttention to detailOrganization and time managementAbility to remain calm under pressureTeam-oriented attitudeWork Environment Office-based positionRegular interaction with customers and service techniciansFast-paced environment during peak service seasonsWhy Join MPE Services?
