Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Coordinator with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract position.ResponsibilitiesAttend recurring and ad hoc senior leader meetings (including SVP/EVP forums) for complex technology programs and provide real-time note captureDocument key discussion points, decisions, trade-offs, open questions, dependencies, and next steps with a high degree of accuracyCapture and clearly articulate issues, risks, and impediments; escalations and required leadership decisions; ownership and timelines for follow-ups; commitments and action items (who/what/when)Produce executive-ready meeting outputs that are concise, structured, and shareable (e.g., meeting summaries, readouts, decision logs, action trackers)Maintain consistency in formatting, terminology, and content quality across meetings to create a reliable record of program progress and leadership directionPartner with program leads to prepare meeting agendas, pre-reads, and supporting materials aligned to the outcomes needed from executivesCoordinate inputs across stakeholders to ensure materials are complete, accurate, and delivered on timeSupport meeting logistics as needed (invites, schedule coordination, conference details, distribution lists)Track meeting cadence and ensure agendas and pre-reads follow a standardized operating rhythmOwn the action item log for assigned forums/programs; ensure action items are captured, assigned, and tracked to completionFollow up with owners to confirm progress and elevate overdue items as appropriateMaintain a decision log and ensure decisions are communicated and reflected in downstream materialsProvide administrative support related to program governance (e.g., maintaining repositories, organizing artifacts, managing distribution)Help maintain program documentation, trackers, and templates (status, milestone tracking) in coordination with program managersHandle other coordination tasks that enable smooth governance operations and effective executive engagementRequirements3–7 years of experience in an executive support, program coordination, PMO, or project/program support role—preferably within technology, engineering, or transformation programsDemonstrated experience supporting senior leader meetings and producing executive-level summaries and communicationsProven ability to capture complex discussions accurately, including technical concepts, delivery risks, and inter-team dependenciesExceptional written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize high-volume detail into concise, structured executive readoutsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent schedule changesHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, and comfort handling confidential informationDesired SkillsExperience supporting large-scale technology initiatives (e.g., platform modernization, cloud migrations, data/AI programs, cybersecurity, enterprise applications).Familiarity with program management best practicesBenefits of Working with Genesis10Access to hundreds of clients, most who have been working with Genesis10 for 5-20 years.The opportunity to have a career-home in Genesis10; many of our consultants have been working exclusively with Genesis10 for years.Access to an experienced, caring recruiting team (more than 7 years of experience, on average.)Behavioral Health PlatformMedical, Dental, VisionHealth Savings AccountVoluntary Hospital Indemnity (Critical Illness & Accident)Voluntary Term Life Insurance401KSick Pay (for applicable states/municipalities)Commuter Benefits (Dallas, NYC, SF and Illinois)Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.Genesis10 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
