This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System. Salary and Benefits Hourly Rate- $29.00 - $43.20 Shift diff: $4.50 nights, $3.00 weekends Sign-on Bonus $20,000 Relocation Assistance Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long Term/ Short Term Disability Health Savings Account 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service) Paid Time Off Responsibilities Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient s health or situation. Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team. Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues. Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation. Act as an advocate for patient safety. Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment. Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay. Requirements Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida , Multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred. 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment preferred. BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start. NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Shift times: Days 7am 7pm, Nights 7pm 7am.
