Our work environment includes: State of the Art Golf Bays Two Full Bars with a Restaurant Event Venue Co-Working Space **Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Baytender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve beverages to guests following standard recipes - Interact with members, take and run orders, and provide recommendations when needed - Provide exceptional service at the bays to ensure members and guests - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bay areas - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle payment transactions and operate the cash register - Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in bartending or a related role - Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks - Familiarity with beverage trends and industry regulations - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Skills:** - Banquet and Catering experience is a plus - Hospitality background is preferred - Proficiency in bartending techniques - Familiarity with the food industry - Golf knowlegde preferred - Previous work in restaurants is advantageous - Ability to handle food safely and responsibly - Strong customer service orientation Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $5.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Austin, TX 78750 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Austin, TX 78750: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
