Property Field AdjusterJoin EAC Claims Solutions as a Property Field Adjuster, where you will be managing insurance claims from inception to resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and organizing daily workload to process claims and conduct inspections - Investigating insurance claims, including interviewing claimants and witnesses - Handling property claims involving damage to buildings, structures, contents and/or property damage - Conducting thorough property damage assessments and verifying coverage - Evaluating damages to determine appropriate settlement - Negotiating settlements - Uploading completed reports, photos, and documents using our specialized software systems Requirements: - Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces - Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills - Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and claims management systems - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in insurance claims or related field is a plus but not required Next Steps: If you're passionate about making a difference, thrive on challenges, and deeply value your work, we invite you to apply.
