Job Description: Hotel Bellman Location: Albuquerque, NM, 87110 Skills Required: Friendliness Communication Skills Job Summary: The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests by assisting with luggage, providing directions and recommendations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The Bellman must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist with luggage Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants Assist with check-in and check-out process Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance area Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Assist with other duties as assigned by management Keeps area and property clean and presentable Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience as a Hotel Bellman preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
