What You'll DoProvide skilled, compassionate hospice nursing care in patient homesManage pain and symptoms to ensure patient comfortEducate and support patients and families during end-of-life careCoordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team membersPerform hospice admissions as neededCommunicate effectively with caregivers, spiritual advisors, and care teamsSupport Hospice Home staff when necessaryRequirementsRequired QualificationsActive Michigan RN licenseMinimum 2 years of nursing experienceCPR certificationValid driver's license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportationAbility to travel and respond promptly to patient needsWorking cell phonePreferred QualificationsHospice, home health, or oncology nursing experienceExperience with end-of-life careBSN degree
