This position is responsible for coordinating service activities, supporting technicians and customers, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.CompensationWage: $20.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)Hours: 40+ hours per weekClassification: Salaried positionScheduleMonday–Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPrimary ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch service technicians for both break-fix and preventive maintenance servicesCommunicate with customers to identify equipment issues and determine required servicesVerify warranty and service contract coverage, explaining applicable terms, provisions, and exclusionsSend out service estimates to customers that have been put together in house by the service manager or PM CoordinatorCreate and manage service orders (SOs) in the service management systemObtain customer approvals and maintain clear communication regarding scope, pricing, and timelinesMaintain strong customer relationships by addressing questions, concerns, and service needsCoordinate and quote rental equipment when needed, while managing rental fleet availabilityMaintain accurate equipment service records, including identified issues and planned corrective actionsEnsure all completed service orders are invoiced within a 48-hour turnaroundAdditional ResponsibilitiesHelp the PM Coordinator manage and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring all services are completed within the designated service monthProactively coordinate upcoming PM services with customers and confirm that all required parts are in stock or on order at least one month in advanceOptimize service department performance by utilizing service metrics and forecasting labor and parts revenueIncrease parts sales by recommending and upselling standard consumables during service order creationContinuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunitiesSupport overall department efficiency by taking initiative and contributing to process improvementsQualificationsStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsExceptional customer service abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Ability to learn and effectively use CRM and dispatching software systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsRetirement: Safe Harbor 401(k) with 3% company contribution (no employee match required)Health Insurance: Two plan options with 75% of premium paid by PeerlessLife Insurance: Company-paid $50,000 policy, with optional additional coverage availableDental Insurance: OptionalVision Insurance: OptionalDisability Coverage: Optional short-term and long-term plansAnnual Bonus ProgramPaid Time OffVacation:1 week after 90 days2 weeks beginning in year 23 weeks after 5 years of serviceHolidays (Paid):Christmas DayNew Year’s DayIndependence DayLabor DayMemorial DayThanksgiving DayJoin Our TeamIf you are a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.#hc20009
