Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting SpecialistPosition Type: Full-Time / OnsitePay Range: $75,000 - $80,000 DOEJob Department: AYC Naturals (A Division of Enchanted Accessories)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will be joining a fast-paced consumer products company specializing in food and snack products. The ideal candidate will have strong operational accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial operations independently while collaborating across departments. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.Maintain full-charge bookkeeping responsibilities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger maintenance, and reconciliationsManage month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, financial reconciliations, and balance sheet reviewsPrepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedulesMaintain accurate and organized financial records within QuickBooksSet up and manage the chart of accounts, classes, and financial reporting structuresManage Accounts Receivable for major retail customers and distributorsResearch, dispute, and resolve customer chargebacks, deductions, shortages, compliance fines, and payment discrepanciesReconcile retailer statements and follow up on outstanding receivables and aging reportsCommunicate directly with customers and internal teams regarding financial discrepancies and deduction recoverySupport ERP system implementation, including financial data setup, account mapping, system validation, and workflow alignmentAssist with inventory-related accounting and operational reportingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as neededMaintain strong internal controls and organized accounting documentationPartner with management on operational and financial reporting requirementsMonitor accounting operations and ensure accuracy across all financial processesPerform related duties as assignedCOMPETENCIESExpert-level proficiency in QuickBooksStrong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end close processesExperience managing retail customer deductions, chargebacks, compliance fines, and payment discrepanciesStrong understanding of wholesale consumer products and retail accounting operationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and retail customersAbility to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and take ownership of accounting operationsStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExperience supporting ERP implementation and financial system transitions preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and accuracy with sensitive financial informationStrong follow-up and documentation skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE5+ years of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or Senior BookkeeperExpert-level QuickBooks experience requiredExperience working within a wholesale consumer products company is requiredExperience managing retail Accounts Receivable, chargebacks, and deductions requiredExperience in food/snack products, consumer goods, or mass retail preferredERP implementation experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
