Performance Management- Federal Experience Required

Provides advice on critical performance management cycle events, including performance plans, critical elements, performance discussions.Experience in developing new and/or revising performance plans on an agency-wide basis, as the agency's primary resource in this area. Serves as the primary POC and System Admin for the agency's automated performance system.Specifically experience in the following:Best Practices:Research and implement industry best practices in performance management, quality improvement, and talent development.Feedback and Guidance:Provide ongoing feedback to employees and managers on performance, assist with conflict resolution, and offer guidance on performance-related issues.Goal Alignment:Work with managers to set clear performance goals and develop individual development plans that align with organizational objectives.Training and Development:Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and address identified performance gaps.Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare reports for management.Develop and Implement Performance Systems:Create and manage performance review processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality assurance programs.Job type:
