This individual is responsible for creating the first and last impression of the William Chris Vineyards experience.Feel confident you can keep your wits about you, and maintain your cool? Exceed customer service expectations in a consistent, timely and thoughtful manner. Quickly and effectively resolve guest service issues; possess the innate ability to turn guest service problems into opportunities. Experience coordinating, collaborating, and working effectively with other departments. Maintains safe and clean Welcome Center, restrooms, and dry goods area by complying with William Chris Vineyards high standards. Must be able to multitask and maintain a smooth flow at the Welcome Center. Escort guests to their seats.
