This clinical position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the continued development and success of the program. The physician will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients with complex genetic disorders and inborn errors of metabolism, focusing on safety and quality in both inpatient and outpatient settings.Practice DescriptionThe team includes 7 highly specialized biochemical and medical genetics physicians, a nurse practitioner, 3 dietitians, 21 genetic counselors, 4 genetic counseling assistants, nurses, medical assistants, and other support staff. This dedicated group upholds a mission that encompasses education, clinical services, research, and advocacy, supporting all areas of the childrens hospital's efforts in genetics.Facility DescriptionThe facility is a renowned, 234-bed children's hospital offering globally integrated, state-of-the-art care and recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the nations Best Childrens Hospitals in two subspecialties.
