Senior Associate Attorney

Senior Associate Litigation AttorneyWe are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney for a rapidly expanding litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation at either a plaintiff-side or defense-oriented law firm. Candidates should possess exceptional writing and advocacy skills and be prepared to independently handle depositions, court appearances, mediations, and case management responsibilities, including complex discovery matters.Responsibilities:Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolutionConduct and defend depositionsDraft motions, briefs, and other legal pleadingsAppear before trial and appellate courtsParticipate in mediations and settlement negotiationsHandle complex discovery and case strategyCollaborate with attorneys and support staff on high-level litigation mattersQualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience in complex commercial litigationStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent oral advocacy and interpersonal communication abilitiesOutstanding academic credentialsExperience with class action litigation is a plus, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation package with bonus potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with discretionary matchingPaid maternity and paternity leaveMCLE reimbursement, including seminars and conferencesCommuter benefits
