No CNA certification required On the job training available The work schedule will be assigned by supervisor. Work hours may vary to accommodate consumer and company needs. This is a live in position. You will be required to stay in the home through the night to help monitor the safety and security of the clients. Weekend availability required Overnight, Evening, and Morning Shift Duties are as follows: Ensure consumers are free of abuse, neglect and exploitation. Serve as an example, role model and advocate for the consumer Providing companionship and supportive listening Supervise consumer safety and security. Be active and supportive in community activities, social interaction, and in leisure activities Help in the development of social valued behaviors. Taking vitals, height, and weight Responding to emergency situations Administering medication Direct, teach, document and provide personal assistance with activities of daily living. Meal planning and preparation Secure and provide transportation as needed Assistance with housekeeping, ambulation and mobility.
