Production Operator

Production OperatorJoin our team as a Production Operator I and play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. You'll be working as part of a 3-person team, focusing on the downstream operator role, with opportunities to cross-train in other areas.Production Operator Responsibilities:Follow all safety procedures and participate in HSE programs.Set up, operate, and inspect extrusion lines, slitter, granulator, and related equipment.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Communicate operational updates and concerns to management.Monitor processes and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.Perform product transfers, sampling, and quality assurance checks.Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment.Complete assigned auxiliary tasks and mandatory overtime as needed.Cross-train within the team and support continuous improvement.Production Operator Experience:Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.Resourcefulcan quickly learn and transfer new knowledge to others.Fork truck and scissor lift operation experience a plus.Capable of mandatory overtime and working flexible shifts due to the rotating schedule.Apply Today!
