Job SummarySAP Financial Functional Analyst I is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and enhancement for the SAP/BPC software products.Essential FunctionsSupport the implementation and ongoing use of SAP systems including S4HANA within the FICO functions of SAP, specifically in the areas of Financial Accounting and basic Controlling Responsible for understanding the business needs and applying the correct configuration to satisfy those needs Work with user and development groups to identify and document basic system recommendations for current and future development Assist in the development of SAP knowledge/competency in super users and subject matter experts throughout the business Assist IT in resolving software support issues that have been assigned to them Work with external Consultants to provide assistance to users regarding processes and procedures and ensure business is getting efficiencies out of SAP Work with members of the Enterprise SAP support team, Business Process Managers, and end users to determine the effectiveness of existing training materials, and identify and implement appropriate changes to existing training materialsParticipate in cross-functional teams which may include Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing, IT or other individuals to discuss system issues and help implement identified solutionsManage ticket processing system and execute requests for master data creation or changes within SAP & BPC and work with end users to ensure that master data is accurateServe as resource for end users and troubleshoot minor break/fix scenarios in SAP systemsHave a good understanding of allocation functionality and work to build and maintain allocation structureUpload files into SAP or other systems and troubleshoot file issues that may occurMonitor daily and ad hoc refresh activities and troubleshoot any system failuresProvide training to end users as neededPerform regression testing, disaster recovery testing and testing of ongoing SAP/BPC changesParticipate in system upgrades or enhancement implementationCreate SOP’s/training documentation for job dutiesPerform any other job related instructions as requestedEducation And ExperienceBachelor of Science/Arts Degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent work experience is requiredOne (1) year of SAP experience requiredTwo (2) or more years in accounting or finance preferredOne (1) or more years experience in business analysis skills and the ability to solve complex business problems by using information technology and business intelligence software preferredCompetencies, Knowledge And SkillsComplete understanding of business processes and SAP FICOKnowledge of key integration points with FICO modulesFamiliar with a variety of analysis concepts, practices and proceduresRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerforms a variety of complicated tasksIntermediate proficiency level with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and with othersCritical thinking/listening skillsAbility to communicate with all levels of managementDetail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical customersExperience in problem solving and change managementAbility to function as a business partner for functional managementMust have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer serviceExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsWide degree of creativity and latitude (independent judgment) is requiredLicensure And CertificationNoneWorking ConditionsGeneral office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeCompensation Range$70,800.00 - $113,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
