The team serves businesses of all sizes, from small companies to global organizations, with a strong customer-first approach and a reputation for long-term client relationships.Role OverviewThis is a full-time, hybrid Insurance Account Manager role based in Melville, NY, with the flexibility to work from home on select days. The position focuses on managing client relationships, supporting risk management activities, assisting with insurance program placements, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships and ensure high satisfactionSupport clients with risk management solutions and recommendationsAssist with insurance program placement and carrier negotiationsPrepare proposals, quotes, and client-facing documentationMaintain accurate CRM and client recordsPartner with underwriting, operations, and service teamsSupport sales activities and contribute to account growthRequired QualificationsEmployee Health Insurance Plans or 401K Plans and other retirement plansStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsExperience in client relationship management, sales, or customer serviceFamiliarity with insurance practices or risk managementProficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation toolsStrong organization skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPreferred Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required).Relevant insurance licenses or designations are a plus.Property & Casualty (including Workers’ Compensation, D&O and Professional)Employee Health Insurance Plans401k Plans and other retirement plansCaptive Insurance Companies and other alternate risk funding strategiesLife Insurance
