See the video below to see an example of a finished net!Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.VALUESInnovationCommitment & PassionIntegrityTeam & RelationshipsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRead blueprints and able to measure, cut, and assemble products based on printsAbility to read calibrated measurement instruments (caliper, tape measure, ect.) and convert fractions to decimalsMeasure and cut ropes/cordsAssemble ropes/cords into net structuresAssemble 3D nets prior to shipment to ensure accuracy in partsPackage parts to ship without damageEnsure accuracy of inventory by proper inspecting and labeling techniquesIdentify quality concerns and be able to repair quicklyDrive forklift to pull raw materials necessary for buildsJOB COMPENTENCIESActs with Safety in Mind : Actively promotes and maintains a safe working environment by identifying hazards and following safety protocols.Focus on Quality : Produces work that consistently meets specifications and prevents defects.Committed to Delivery : Meets production targets while maintaining quality and safety.Positively Affects Morale : Contributes positively to team performance and workplace culture.Shows Consideration for the Environment : Operates responsibly to reduce environmental impactQUALIFICATIONSIntermediate computer knowledge and the ability to learn new programsMust be able to read blueprints and read calibrated measurementsMust be able to work safely with power toolsAbility to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques daily up to 50lbsAbility to work overhead, and stand up constantly throughout the dayHigh school diploma/GED preferred
