Our caregivers provide companionship, personal care assistance, and daily living support while building meaningful relationships with the people they serve.Our caregivers are the heart of our organization, and as we continue growing in the Denver Tech Center area, we are building a dependable team we can match with current and future client needs.Schedule & Work HoursFlexible scheduling based on client needsShifts available days, evenings, weekends, and overnightsHours may begin part-time and increase as additional clients are assignedClients are located within a 10–15-mile radius of the Denver Tech CenterWhat You’ll DoProvide companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel connected and valuedAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care and mobilityPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when neededHelp maintain a safe and comfortable home environmentObserve and report changes in a client’s condition to the care teamFollow infection control and safety proceduresTransport clients to appointments, errands, and activities when neededAssist with light housekeeping and laundryProvide friendly medication reminders (non-medical support only)Document care and clock in/out accurately to ensure continuity of careQualificationsExperience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plusHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance (if transporting clients)Ability to pass background checks (criminal and driving record)Willingness to complete Colorado-required orientation, training, and competency evaluation before providing services independentlyCommitment to ongoing annual trainingCPR / First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skillsAuthorization to work in the United StatesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 25 poundsAssist clients with mobility and transfersAbility to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periodsAbout One You Love Homecare – DTCOne You Love Homecare – DTC is a licensed Class B (non-medical) home care agency in Colorado.
