The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and a proven track record of successful implementations, customizations, and optimizations of the CRM platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM solutions that meet business requirements and drive organizational efficiency. Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in D365 CRM configuration and customization.Experience with CRM development tools, including Visual Studio, XRM Toolbox, and SDK.Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.CRM Implementation & Configuration:Lead the implementation of D365 CRM solutions, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, and deployment.Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, business processes, and other components to meet business needs.Integrate D365 CRM with other Microsoft and third-party systems.Solution Development:Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and scripts using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.Create and manage CRM reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.Data Management:Oversee data migration, data integration, and data quality initiatives within the CRM.Implement data governance and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
