About the Opportunity:The **Revenue Cycle Project Analyst** role focuses on optimizing revenue cycle operations by identifying, evaluating, and implementing software updates and enhancements. This position supports system improvements and process optimization across all revenue cycle stakeholders. The analyst also manages reporting, data analysis, and collaborates with the reporting team to improve dashboards and reports. This role contributes directly to enhancing revenue management and operational efficiency in the healthcare system.3. Responsibilities:• Identify, research, evaluate, and implement software application updates and enhancements• Standardize best practices to support net revenue optimization initiatives• Provide system support and updates for revenue cycle stakeholders related to application optimization and process improvement• Conduct reporting and data analysis to support decision-making• Review data request needs and collaborate with the reporting team to develop report and dashboard enhancements4. Requirements:• Associate degree required; Bachelor''s degree preferred in information systems, business administration, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience• Minimum two years of experience in complex data modeling, analytical software, or project management• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician practice revenue cycle operations or patient access; supervisory experience preferred• Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) certification and/or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP/HFMA) preferred• Proficient with PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Power BI, and various EHR platforms• Minimum of three years of relevant experience5.
