Property Manager
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial warehouse and commercial properties, along with managing one office complex association (HOA/POA). This role is responsible for daily property operations, tenant relations, financial oversight, lease administration, and vendor/contract management.This position requires advanced experience with Yardi (specifically Yardi Breeze Premier) and hands on experience managing multiple commercial and/or industrial properties.
