Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Essential functions and responsibilities: Handling office tasks, such as filing, and reordering supplies. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Using computers to generate reports. Greet and assist visitors. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Qualifications: High School degree. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach) Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication. Should accept criticism and desire to learn and improve Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office/Excel
