Job Title: Construction Dispatcher (3+ Years Experience Required)
Our construction company, based in the San Fernando Valley, is seeking an experienced Construction Dispatcher with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience specifically in home remodeling / construction
Responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate sales representatives for remodeling projects
Manage communication between customers, sales team, and office
Schedule projects with clients
Plan and organize daily routes for sales staff, project-by-project
Track project progress and follow up with salespeople
Handle scheduling, confirmations, and customer coordination
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years office/dispatch experience in the construction or home remodeling industry
Proven experience working in a remodeling or construction company
Strong scheduling, communication, and coordination skills
Industry background required (non-industry applicants will not be considered)
Details:
Schedule: 5 days per week
