This is a high-impact position, sitting at the center of the investment process, with responsibility for how complex portfolios are accounted for, reported, and understood across the platform.The role offers broad exposure across a diverse fixed income book, including rates, credit products, structured instruments, and derivatives. You’ll work closely with trading desks, risk, and operations to ensure accuracy across P&L, valuations, and reporting, while also acting as a key escalation point for any accounting or reconciliation issues that arise. Alongside this, you’ll play a central role in strengthening processes, improving controls, and enhancing how data flows across the organization, with a focus on scalability and efficiency as the platform continues to grow.While the title reflects leadership, the role is best suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, close to the detail, and actively engaged with the business rather than operating at a purely managerial level.
