Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole. Creativity and insight into core curriculum. High school level teaching and support experience and familiarity with the culturally relevant needs of ELL's. Experience with students with varying abilities, solid organizational skills and willingness to facilitate hands-on activities.
