IT Solutions Implementation Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Implementation Engineer. Key Responsibilities Install enterprise-grade software on servers and network devices Configure and integrate cloud services into customer networks Collaborate with clients' IT teams to optimize network infrastructure Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in an IT support or engineering role Professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Net+ Strong understanding of networking protocols including DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, LDAP Proficiency with Microsoft Server and PC operating systems Experience with remote tools and IT ticketing systems
