Job Title: Training Specialist Location: Sturtevant, WI 53177 Duration: 12 Month Contract Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 am-4:30 pm Job Description: Responsible for the design and development of the company's training programs. Monitor and report the program effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. Qualifications include: Undergraduate Degree or Certificate Demonstrated experience in developing training plans, manuals, and programs Understanding of adult learning principles.
