The Product Manager will shape the evolution of legacy pharmacy platforms into a scalable, integrated, digital‐first ecosystem, driving strategy, defining and prioritizing features, and partnering with engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and pharmacy performance. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines. Translate high‐level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Partner closely with Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution. Serve as the voice of the customer, driving decisions that maximize user satisfaction and business outcomes. Leverage data, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear alignment between delivery progress and business goals. Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning to maintain quality, transparency, and alignment. Required Qualifications Experience in pharmacy or highly regulated environments. Experience in customer engagement through digital experience design. Experience working on data, analytics and reporting projects. Proven success managing software products through the full lifecycle. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence. Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Experience collaborating with Engineering, QA, Design, and DevOps teams. Strong analytical and data‐driven decision‐making skills. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, aligning business and technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification. Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi‐team delivery environments. Exposure to UX design principles and user research methodologies. Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Mixpanel. Background in technical domains such as software engineering, cloud solutions, or data analytics. Experience working on pharmacy projects.
