Brand StrategyOur Brand mission is to inspire confidence and optimism, inviting everyone to shine bright and stand out.Our Brand vision statement is: “Create Your Sunshine, A Resort State of Mind”.Our Brand Equities are: Casual Glamour, Sunny & Spirited, and Charmingly Disarming.About the PositionThe Senior Associate, Digital Media is responsible for activation, optimization & content development across our digital marketing channels, inclusive of paid media & affiliate marketing.A day in the life…Paid MediaSupport development, execution & optimization of digital media campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms.Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads manager, etc.) to track and measure performance of our marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions and optimizations to maximize performance.Serve as the first escalation point for the digital ad agency, applying technical & business knowledge to problem solve & keep projects moving.Craft insights for stakeholders on media channel performance and share learnings in appropriate forums.Own the content planning process for digital ads, working closely with the Creative Content team to bring from brief to execution.Disseminate brand information to media agency, including key product priorities, promotional calendar, etc. & ensure agency’s testing plans are aligned to brand’s goals.Support in the development of quarterly & yearly strategy planning, inclusive of media activation & measurement.Develop, monitor & report on an evolving learning agenda, mapping test-and-learns to drive key objectives across all media plans.Own budget management & invoice payment.Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in technology & media to bring forward innovative and creative solutions to external stakeholders.Affiliate MarketingDevelop and execute a scalable affiliate marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goalsIn partnership with our affiliate marketing agency, identify, recruit, onboard & activate new affiliatesBe accountable for affiliate marketing KPIs, reporting & budgetCollaborate with the brand marketing team to scale creator and press efforts through affiliate channelsOmnichannel MarketingSupport retail marketing efforts, including digital media & in-mall placementsSupport creative, reporting and communication with retail team on effortsNote, associates may be asked to perform duties that are outside the specific functions that are listed.Who you areYou have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, with an emphasis on performance marketing and data-driven decision making.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly, and problem solving to keep projects moving forward.You’re analytical and data-savvy, comfortable using performance metrics and testing results to drive smarter marketing decisions.You have a growth mindset — eager to learn, experiment, and continuously optimize performance and processes.You’re proactive, collaborative, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple priorities.Qualifications for the Position A four-year college degree is required, preferably with a major/minor within marketing/advertising2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably at a digital marketing agency or at an ecommerce retailerHighly analytical with high aptitude on Excel and/or with data analysisWorking knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe OmnitureExperience with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, a plusPriority to candidates with digital media certifications like Facebook BlueprintProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)Our Core Values: The Lilly Way. This position is eligible for standard company benefits.This position is required to maintain a structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia.
